Meet Trailblazer Terese Shanley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Terese Shanley.

Terese Shanley has been in the health and wellness field for the last 30 years. She has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years, a trained Yoga and Meditation instructor for the last 14 years.

Holding 10 certificates in energy medicine including Reiki Master-teacher, White Time Healing, Christian Healing, Attunement Healing, Crystal Therapy, Essential Oil Therapy, Raindrop Therapy and Angel Therapy. Terese has a never-ending passion for her healing practice that offers deep transformation on many levels. In her healing sessions, she combines numerous tools for her clients including energy work, essential oils, intuitive readings, guided meditation and spiritual life coaching.​

Terese was commissioned as a Stephen’s Minister by Foundations church on May 30th, 2017. Terese longs to give back the love that she receives from Christ, and this ministry is where her gifts of encouragement shine best. The ministry she is so passionate about is rooted in the Christian hallmarks of compassion and love — we as the caregivers and Christ as the cure-giver.​​

Terese is a certified Life Coach through Yoga2life and loves to work with clients who have a longing to move inward for their answers. She is skilled at building client awareness and helping clients move through obstacles — all mental, spiritual and physical areas. She will compassionately guide you toward inner healing by helping you get in touch with your innate power that comes from aligning with the power of God and love.

Having an endless appetite for education and tools to heal, Terese is a certified essential oils practitioner. She offers her own blend of skills comprised of all of her different energy work trainings and essential oil therapy training as her own unique powerful healing modality.

Terese’s biggest gifts and joy are serving her clients through hands-on healing work and guiding clients to their own alignment with the healing of love and truth that is already within. Energy work, meditation, breathwork and intuitive guidance through any blocks are the pathways in which the healing work occurs.

A long-time lover of connecting with God’s messengers, the angels, Terese was certified as an angel intuitive through Doreen Virtue in a hands-on training in the fall of 2016. One of her greatest loves is working with the essential oils and the angels to bring customized healing to each client. Her 30 years of medical knowledge and experience gives her clients a very comprehensive treatment with added confidence.

You can find her teaching and coaching in workshops on meditation and yoga all around the Fort Collins and Loveland area. Her biggest joy is coaching one-on-one to assist clients through transformation by connecting with the power of love, truth and the Holy Spirit. Terese is the author of her very own Holy Spirit Prayer and Guidance Deck which she uses during her coaching sessions and is for sale worldwide via her website, unfoldingdivinity.com.

Her caring and nurturing energy comes through working with her clients as she is also a mother of four beautiful daughters and a wife of a husband for 26 years and counting.​

In her spare time, Terese enjoys traveling, meditating, teaching meditation, yoga, paddleboard yoga, hot yoga hiking, snowboarding, biking and cooking for her family and friends.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My journey has not been a smooth road as any journey from ego to soul is not. My journey of evolution came after the birth of each of my four daughters with postpartum anxiety, depression and insomnia. The path was not a quick jaunt but rather a very long period of time with many peaks and valleys.

I was forced to look within and go deeper as my frustration in my own control and ego became stronger. The greatest gifts of each daughter brought the greatest pain along with the necessary evolution of my soul. I am grateful for the struggle as it made me into who I am today.

The evolution of our souls takes on many different forms in each of us. It is up to us to honor our souls on our paths and surrender in the battle with our egos so that our light can expand. Surrender does not mean giving up. It means letting go of gripping, striving and controlling in our ego’s way so that the most intelligent force of love in the universe can give us our best with greater ease.

Please tell us about Unfolding Divinity – what should we know?
My work is a product of my surrender to love. I am an intuitive Life Coach, Healer and professional Angel Card Reader. I have created my own deck of Prayer and Guidance Cards that I often use in my sessions with clients. I do Essential Oil Healings with Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Angel Therapy that clients love. As a channel of love and light, my intuitive gifts are constantly expanding and are of great guidance to my clients.

I am most proud of my work as an intuitive guide and the creation of my Prayer and Guidance Deck. I also am proud that I have multiple offerings and tools to help my clients including being an RN for 30 years and a Yoga and Meditation teacher. I would say that is what sets me apart from other intuitive’s and healers is my background and experience found in my bio.

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
YES! I have loved doing my podcasts on Spotify @ The Terese Shanley Podcast! I believe I am most comfortable in this setting.

I am a huge fan of Hayhouse radio and listen in daily to some of the best spiritual teachers in the world. I have the app on my phone and it is very easy and accessible to use.

I am an avid student and constantly learning to grow, My favorite spiritual teachers that I study with are Matt Kahn and Sonia Choquette.
