Meet Triet Hoang

Today we’d like to introduce you to Triet Hoang.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Triet. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Hi! My name is Triet Hoang and I was born in Binh Duong, Vietnam and moved to Denver, Colorado when I was one. I started dancing in 2008 and still pursuing that passion until today.

I started Mr. Good-All in April 2019 as a way for me to help dancers continue their love of dance well into the future. But as time goes on, I was surprised and loved how Mr. Good-All was not only speaking to dancers, but it spoke to everyone that had a creative passion who can use a little motivation, advice, and a fresh perspective. I pull from my experiences in dance and 10 years of small business (five of which is in managerial) experience to bring unique views and advice to help individuals to continue pursuing their creative passions.

Has it been a smooth road?
The road has not been smooth. Mostly it’s the financial challenge as I left my 9-5 to fully pursue and establish Mr. Good-All. A large part is getting my message out and helping as many people as I can. Since Mr. Good-All is still new, my message hasn’t fully reached everyone.

The advice I have for anyone that is starting their journey is to lean on your support system, family, friends, the person that is there for you day one. What I’ve found helpful is to have someone that will not let you get off the hook easily, but will challenge you to keep getting better and recognizes your accomplishment no matter how small.

I am very passionate about helping individuals with creative passion continue their pursuit. Through Mr. Good-All, I will be helping by passing along advice and tips I’ve learned regarding how to save and manage spending habits. In efforts to maximize the funds, individuals have to put towards their passions. I also will help with time management ideas and inspiring stories from other individuals with a similar journey to show people that they are not alone on this journey.

I am most proud of the ability to shine the spotlight on individuals that shares the same creative passion — showing others their struggles, and how their love of what they do drives them to continue their grind.

What set Mr. Good-All apart is how it can reach individuals who are either currently in the 9-5 path or already on the path of entrepreneurship. Also, my unique combination of experiences within running a small business and founding a dance crew that competes competitively. Being able to pass along all the pieces of information I’ve learned along the way.

Which women have inspired you in your life?
The women that inspired me in my life are my mom Hanh, sister Quynh, and girlfriend Elainna. How they put people first before themselves, the generosity they show no matter the situation inspires me to pass that generosity on to others.
