Thanks for joining us and we’re so excited to have our readers learn more about you and your creative works. Kick things off for us, what should they know?
Yes, quite certainly, I am focused on the world of digital painting and sculpting, as it gives me freedom between working on the screen and being physically engaged. Much of the context of my designs and art itself revolves around multiculturalism and exploring the range of science fiction while tying that into the emotional and relatable aspects of how we view it and I really want to take the audience on a passionate journey. Even from a marketing seller’s point of view, there’s so much depth to what I can achieve as a creative. That journey serves a purpose in giving back to the community and connecting people from various walks of life to the art I create. By creating this kind of potential, I don’t limit myself because, like I mentioned earlier if I’m laser-focused on achieving depth through myself and what I make, this allows me to be more authentic. I’m still on this mission of authenticity as I speak, but in the end, the goal is to really change the space around me and put the creations in the hearts and hands of the people.
How has your art evolved over time?
When one thinks of evolution from an artistic perspective, there’s usually a huge focus on style and skill, but the way I see it, it’s been an evolutionary process through voicing myself and giving the art a really personal feel. I’ve spent a lot of time the past couple of months making skits and reveal edits with voiceovers and showing myself in the camera. I basically have made it more interactive for my audience through videos and showing my process. This has really allowed me to get more connected with my work on an emotional level, since before I used to be in a completionist mindset even when I wasn’t working on client work. It’s still been gradual trying to appreciate every piece I complete, and so far I’ve noticed I’ve become more organized with how I paint or craft something, but as I was saying earlier, there’s still improvement to be made, and that’s why I truly believe it’s essential to evolve.
