Meet Joey Klein of Conscious Transformation in Littleton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joey Klein.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Joey. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my company nearly 20 years ago. At first, I was really just looking to improve my own life – find a sense of peace and fulfillment that I knew was out there but that I did not embody, whatsoever. I traveled the world and studied with experts in the field of meditation, psychology, and neuroscience to understand how the brain works and what spiritual practices actually hit the mark to transform lives. My company began with me seeing private clients to teach them what I learned.

I lived in LA at the time and had very high profile clients that were seeing results. Soon, they asked me to see their friends and family, filling my private practice with a year-long waiting list. At the request of my clients, I started holding weekend programs so I could reach more people, which was the beginning of what Conscious Transformation is today. I created an easy to follow a curriculum that gives people training on how to manage their mind and emotions to create the life they choose. I have two intentions that helped me to start my business and keeps me going today: How do I help people to transform in an instant? And how can I best serve people to give them access to this work? I teach nearly 40 weekends per year to fulfill these intentions.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In business, there really is no such thing. I do know that the road has taught me so much in terms of business and people, and I’m grateful for it. Conscious Transformation has gone through its fair share of growing pains. In the beginning, it was just me and my Dad (who quit his job to support my vision), and we did everything ourselves. Along the way as we’ve grown, I was able to hire talent and expand our offering. I’ve also gone many rounds with the curriculum to make sure we hit the mark in the most efficient way. The self-help space can be tricky – there are a lot of things out there that hit the mark, and some that are really detrimental. It’s important to me that Conscious Transformation is based on results and really helps people to create whatever it is they choose for themselves.

Please tell us about Conscious Transformation.
Conscious Transformation is a proven system for professional development designed to help people create exceptional results and a meaningful impact. Based on cutting-edge neuroscience, ancient wisdom practices, genetics and psychology, it helps people to shift limiting mental, emotional and physical patterns to reach their full potential. The simple, practical approach creates lasting change and a renewed life experience. For 18 years, Conscious Transformation has been committed to helping people improve their lives and work.

Essentially, I teach people to consciously transform their lives using the practices I learned and developed during my years of study with gifted teachers, neuroscientists, psychologists and doctors from around the world. I took what I learned and formed a practical approach that marries the wisdom traditions of East and West with the latest scientific studies in genetics and psychology, grounding them for the modern world.

I’ve had the extreme honor of working with tens of thousands of people, including C-level executives at Fortune 100 companies, professional athletes, and other professionals to create measurable shifts in their careers and lives. To give access to people all over the world, I wrote a book about my method, The Inner Matrix. I’m actually re-writing it and the new edition will be out later this year.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Tough question! I had an interesting childhood. But one memory I do have is playing baseball with my Dad. He coached my team one year and it really was one of the most fun summers. I’m grateful that I get to work with my Dad in my business today and thinking about this really reminds me how far we’ve come!
