Today’s Small Business of the Day features an interview with Whitney Frost. Please find our conversation below.

We’re thrilled to have the chance to ask you some fun questions today, but before we get started, can you introduce The Rylie Center For Hope And Healing to our readers.
The Rylie Center for Hope and Healing is an intentional community of healing professionals dedicated to inspiring hope and healing in individuals and families experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, as well as those navigating pregnancy and the postpartum journey. While we specialize in Perinatal Mental Health, we also serve those who identify as women who are navigating life transitions and general mental health struggles. We are currently a team of 9 mental health clinicians, 1 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and 28 wellness providers.

Our collective supports the mission of providing healing and hope to all individuals no matter their gender, marital status, religion, disability, veteran status, race, sexual identity, citizenship, nationality, ethnicity, insurance status, or ability to pay. We work with various non-profits, grants, insurance payers, and vendors to be able to provide quality, equitable care for all who seek care from us.

What is your favorite service offering and why?
As a mental health clinician, I am most proud of our ability to provide comprehensive mental health services to our community. With the growing maternal mortality rate and increasing numbers of postpartum depression in the US, it’s imperative that we support mother’s mental health now more than ever. We know that if a mother is not mentally or physically well, then no one in the family unit is well. Our ability to see a mother and provide wraparound care for her quickly, efficiently, and effectively is something that I am beyond grateful for and wish I could share with mental health providers and mothers everywhere.
